1. Skin or Body Assessment Consultations must be pre-paid @ R250,00. This amount will be subtracted from your treatment fee when you book for the treatment.

2. A 50% Deposit is due upon booking a treatment. The deposit is only refundable if the booking is cancelled 24 hours in advance.  

3. Repeated postponements of appointments will unfortunately be limited to 3 times. Note: postponements must also be 24 hours before. If the 3rd appointment is not honoured, you will forfeit your deposit.

Unfortunately, often bookings are made and not honoured without cancellation within a reasonable time. While we understand that sometimes ‘things happen’, we also need to be able to make our time available for other clients – and if the time is booked without the client showing up that time is wasted and can not be offered to other clients that are waiting for bookings. We trust you understand that we need to implement this for the welfare of our business and to be able to offer optimal service to our clients.
