HIFU CONTRAINDICATIONS
& OUR BOOKING TERMS

Clients with the following disorders or conditions can not have this treatment:
- Electronic devices and implants, eg hearing aids, pacemakers
- Main nerves, pinched nerves and facial trigeminal neuralgia
- Medications (schedule 5 – 7)
- Epileptics, diabetics, Auto immune diseases (especially Lupus and or bone conditions)
- Suffers of low blood sugar
- Hyper thyroid (over active)
- Ruaccutane patients
- Transplant patients
- Patients using blood thinners like Warferin
- Areas where botox and fillers have been administrated (wait for min 6 months)
- Persons with skin grafts
- Haemophilia or any severe bleeding
- Infectious diseases
- Heart conditions
- Any forms of cancer or tumours
- High blood pressure patients (get physician’s approval)
- Crohn’s disease
- Sufferers of diverticulitis
- Clients suffering from PCOS – not suitable for candidates for vaginal tightening
- Any recent surgery (within 9 months)
Any condition that you are uncomfortable about – obtain medical approval prior to treatment.
- Skin or Body Assessment Consultations must be pre-paid @ R250,00. This amount will be subtracted from your treatment fee when you book for the treatment.
- A 50% Deposit is due upon booking a treatment. The deposit is only refundable if the booking is cancelled 24 hours in advance.
- Repeated postponements of appointments will unfortunately be limited to 3 times. Note: postponements must also be 24 hours before. If the 3rd appointment is not honoured, you will forfeit your deposit.
Unfortunately, often bookings are made and not honoured without cancellation within a reasonable time. While we understand that sometimes ‘things happen’, we also need to be able to make our time available for other clients – and if the time is booked without the client showing up that time is wasted and can not be offered to other clients that are waiting for bookings. We trust you understand that we need to implement this for the welfare of our business and to be able to offer optimal service to our clients.
